Refund policy

Refunds are allowed in the following categories:

• Pre-orders: Pre Order refunds are allowed up to 7 days after purchase. All orders without a refund cancellation after the 7 day period will be fulfilled. All products ordered together with a pre-order will be shipped when the pre-order items are available.
• Products: Normal Product refunds are available prior to printing of the shipping label. Once the product has shipped, if you have a further issue please fill out the contact form

Disclaimer: Eagle Collectibles LLC holds the right to cancel any orders they deem as high risk of fraud. Any payments made using JCB are able to be cancelled and refunded by Eagle Collectibles LLC, minus any payment, credit card processing, or currency conversion fees.
